October BIPOC Book Club: Resistance Through Love!

A book club that celebrates love of BIPOC people/people of the global majority, hosted by a BIPOC bookseller. Join us for BIPOC Book Club: Resistance Through Love, a book club that celebrates love of BIPOC people/people of the global majority, hosted by an Asian bookseller, Seoyeon. For our October meeting, we are reading EVIL EYE by Etaf Rum. But...what is it? An intentional space that centers the community, joy, and safety of BIPOC readers. We will prioritize discussing BIPOC authors, characters, and stories as one group. Attendance is open to all, as long as your actions and words are in alignment with our club purpose. Notes: • Registration is required and will be capped at 22 people. • Registration is $10 and includes a $10 in-store coupon to be collected at the meeting. • All book club picks will enjoy a 15% discount in the month preceding the meeting.
