Cacao and Somatic Integration Journey

SENTIR, meaning "to feel", is a 90-minute heart-centered journey. No prior experience with cacao or somatic movement is necessary. SENTIRCacao & Somatic Integration Journey Stop Thinking. Start Feeling. SENTIR, meaning “to feel", is a 90-minute heart-centered journey inviting you to move beyond the thinking mind and into the wisdom of your body. Through the gentle, heart-opening ritual of ceremonial cacao, we begin by slowing down, connecting with ourselves, and creating space for whatever is ready to be felt. From this place of presence, you will be guided through intentional breathwork, fluid somatic movements, and embodied practices designed to deepen your connection with the cacao, awaken your senses, and invite emotional expression, release, and inner exploration. Our journey concludes with Descanso Profundo — Deep Rest, a final surrender to the earth. Here, movement gives way to stillness as you are invited to soften, rest, and allow the experiences and shifts of your journey to settle and integrate naturally within your body. We close by gently returning to ourselves, carrying forward whatever wisdom, connection, or awareness has emerged. This is not about fixing, forcing, or figuring anything out. It is an invitation to feel, to surrender, and to trust the wisdom already living within you. Come as you are. Leave with a deeper connection to yourself. No prior experience with cacao, breathwork, or somatic movement is necessary.
