Meet us on the beach as the sun sets over the ocean at Nash St Beach Access for yoga and mediation as the full moon rises over the ocean! Meet us on the beach as the sun sets over the ocean at Nash St Beach Access. We will follow a guided meditation by Leah of Her Sacred Circle then practice a gentle yoga flow as we watch the moon rise! This is your time for yourself to find your center and reflect! And it's oh so beautiful! Bring a mat, or towel, water, and an open heart! $15 locals, $20 visitors, kids are free!
