ABOUT the class: • Guests will learn about fresh fish, tips on preparing everything you need to make sushi. • Enjoy learning and creating 3 rolls per person (futomaki, uramaki and temaki) • Guests will have time to network with friends and meet new people at this fun social • BYOB (don’t forget wine keys or drinkware) • 1.5 hours • Need a minimum of 10 guests for the class to resume.
