A single-session, in-person class offered through the Osher Center for Integrative Health's Annual Holiday Presence Offerings Create a Personalized Holiday Thrival Kit This class is a part of the Osher Center for Integrative Health at Vanderbilt's Annual Holiday Presence Offerings Collection. Give yourself and/or a loved one the gift of presence this holiday season! • When: Thursday, December 17th, 5:00-6:30pm CT • Format & Location: In-Person at the Osher Center for Integrative Health (3401 West End Ave, Suite 380, Nashville, TN, 37203). • Self-investment: $30 per attendee • Facilitated by: Rachel McDowell, MSN, PMHNP and Wendy Silverman, BFA MSSW Candidate Description: Join Rachel McDowell, MSN, PMHNP and Wendy Silverman, BFA, MSSW Candidate, to usher in the Winter season with an interactive, grounding and creative gathering, where you will be guided in a hands-on assemblage of a personalized sensory-supportive kit with intentionality for thriving in this often-busy time of year––and beyond. Basic supplies will be provided and a list of optional items to bring will be sent to registered participants closer to time (i.e. favorite photos, inspirational quotes, shoebox sized cardboard container). Everyone is welcome; no referral or art skills required. Cancellation policy: Participants may cancel up to one week before start date without penalty, after that date, there is a 20% cancellation fee. No refund is available after the class begins.
