Winner for best costume and other fun prizes! We’re combining exercise balls, drumsticks, and buckets for a full-body workout that brings cardio, HIIT, and dance together. You’ll move through 8 energizing routines with short breaks in between, drumming to feel-good tracks from your favorite artists.
