Slowly, otherworldly, tapping into your inner world with great care. Stretching time, filling time, deepening your presence, expanding your body’s capacity to release, receive and reconnect. This workshop is A nourishing and empowering space of • Embodiment • Slow flow stretching • Acupressure point massage (solo or with a partner) • Pranayama • Subconscious clearing Kundalini Meditation • Long savasana Gong bath • And a release ritual to lovingly let go of any harmful, limiting or otherwise heavy energetic binds, especially around past lovers, scarcity mindset, and creative blocks.
