The Evening’s Itinerary 5:00 PM | Welcome Reception: Arrive, unwind, and toast to the weekend with a glass of sparkling wine. 5:15 PM | Interactive Pasta Workshop: Chef Taylor will guide you through the architecture of perfect pasta. You'll dive into two core lessons: Lesson One: The Art of the Dough (Flour selection, mixing, and the secrets to proper kneading). Lesson Two: Tortelli Shaping (Perfecting fillings, folding techniques, and traditional shaping methods using fresh, pre-prepared dough sheets). 6:00 PM | The Social Club Supper: Take your seat at the table. Relax as our culinary team serves a beautifully curated, wine-paired three-course dinner featuring the very flavors you practiced shaping. For the August 14 and August 28 experiences, the welcome reception and pasta workshop will take place outdoors on our terrace before transitioning indoors for dinner.
