You'll dive into two core lessons: Lesson One: The Art of the Dough (Flour selection, mixing, and the secrets to proper kneading). Lesson Two: Tortelli Shaping (Perfecting fillings, folding techniques, and traditional shaping methods using fresh, pre-prepared dough sheets). 6:00 PM | The Social Club Supper: Take your seat at the table.
