Experience the perfect fusion of movement and deep relaxation with a special 40-minute yoga flow that transitions seamlessly into an immersive, healing sound bath. What to Expect: Yoga Flow: A graceful 40-minute Vinyasa or restorative-inspired flow designed to open the body, cultivate mindfulness, and prepare your nervous system for stillness. Immersive Sound Bath: As you move into Savasana, the studio will be bathed in the sacred vibrations of crystal singing bowls, and other resonant instruments. A Sacrosanct Sanctuary: The class is held in a curated, candlelit wellness space, intentionally set to promote stillness and inner exploration. Arrival & Punctuality: Arrival Time: To ensure a calm entry and maximum value from your session, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior (between 3:50p and 3:55p) to get settled on your mat and center yourself. Sacred Space Entry: In our commitment to honoring the energy of the group and keeping the sanctuary sacred, our doors will close promptly at 4:05p. We cannot accommodate late entries. No late entry will be permitted after 4:05p to prevent disruption and uphold the transformative nature of the practice. We thank you for your understanding.
