The Darkest Light - Music, Breath & Connection

What if you didn’t just listen to the music—what if you moved through it? The Darkest Light is a two-hour immersive journey weaving live original music with breathwork, nervous system regulation, sound healing, reflection and community. Together, we’ll move through music and gentle, seated practices designed to create space to feel what we’ve been carrying, reconnect with ourselves, and remember we were never meant to do this alone. No experience necessary. It’s a space to listen. To breathe. To feel. To let go. To connect. Doors at 6:30 PM. Experience begins promptly at 7 PM. Please arrive early enough to park, get comfortable and settle in. Parking is available behind the building and in lot directly across the street. Part concert. Part healing. Entirely human.
