The Integration Circle is a grounded, supportive space for people who are ready to move beyond “coping” and into deeper nervous system regulation, embodiment, and sustainable transformation. This is not therapy. This is not a lecture. This is not another self-help seminar. This is a guided healing and integration experience designed for high-functioning people who are tired of surviving beautifully. Inside the circle, we explore: • Nervous system regulation • Somatic awareness + body-based practices • Emotional processing + integration • Breath, presence, and grounding • Safe connection + authentic reflection • Returning to the body as a place of safety Whether you are navigating burnout, healing after emotional overwhelm, moving through personal transformation, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself — this space was created for you. Each gathering may include: • Guided regulation practices • Somatic exercises • Group reflection + integration • Breathwork or meditation • Gentle nervous system education • Space for intentional connection You do not need to have everything figured out to attend. You only need a willingness to arrive honestly.
