Treats and Tombstones

An October morning made for kids at the Nashville City Cemetery! History meets Halloween on this special, spooky Saturday morning at the Nashville City Cemetery! Join us for Treats & Tombstones on 10/10. Little ghosts, ghouls, and goblins can join a kid-friendly guided tour of Nashville's oldest cemetery at 10:00 AM. Be sure to stick around afterward for a small but sweet Trunk or Treat! Costumes are optional but encouraged. Free parking is available in the Cemetery. This is a free event, but registration helps guarantee adequate staffing and supplies. This event is brought to you by the all-volunteer Nashville City Cemetery Association and its mission to beautify and preserve the site. Donations appreciated to support our educational outreach and programming. The Nashville City Cemetery is a Metro Nashville Public Park managed in part by the Metro Nashville Historical Commission. It is handicap accessible, opens at dawn and closes at dusk, and welcomes furry friends on leashes at all times.
