Little Explorers, Big Universe

Come explore the planets, stars, Sun, and Moon with some very special friends. Big adventures begin with a simple question: What’s out there? Join Ted on a playful journey through the Solar System as he searches for the perfect place to plant his plant. Along the way, young explorers will discover that finding a home is not so simple - planets can be too hot, too cold, too poisonous, or far too dusty! With plenty of music and opportunities to sing along, Ted’s Space Adventure introduces children to the incredible variety of worlds in our Solar System. Then, look up and explore the night sky with Big Bird, Elmo, and their friend Hu Hu Zhu! One World, One Sky – Big Bird’s Adventure introduces our youngest astronomers to the Big Dipper, the North Star, the Sun, and the Moon while celebrating a wonderful idea: no matter where we live, we all share the same sky. Together, these two delightful fulldome adventures invite young children to explore, wonder, and look up because there is a whole universe waiting to be discovered. TICKETS ARE SOLD ONLINE ONLY. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR. Please note that we are a ticketless venue. When you buy your ticket online, you are immediately added to our attendee list, so there is no need to print your ticket or present an e-ticket. You can simply check in with your name and a smile. All ages welcome. Parking is free. Food and drink are not allowed in the planetarium. No refunds at any time. If you have questions about the event, please email Alison Riordan at [email protected] (Science Curriculum Coordinator, Plymouth Public Schools).
