Bird Watching and Yoga with REYoga Nola & Nola Sidewalk Gardens and Forests Join us for Bird Yoga -Sunday, November 15th -8am -Couturie Forest -1035 Harrison Ave -Meet at the Bridge Bird watching and Yoga, 2 practices in mindfulness, combined. Helen Sierminski of Nola Sidewalk Gardens and Forests will lead us through the forest, observing and learning about the birds that call this beautiful space home. Helen is a certified Master Naturalist and a practicing Augur (bird divination). Ryan Stevens of REYoga Nola will lead us in a yoga practice for all bodies within the forest. Ryan has been a certified Yoga Instructor for over 10 years and leads group and private sessions. Suggested: Please bring binoculars and a yoga mat. This event is free but donations are happily accepted.
