Free classical music concert featuring clarinetist Mark Dover with members of the Manhattan Chamber Players Crescent City Chamber Music Festival Free Public Concert Concert No. 5 - Mark Dover, Clarinetist, with members of the Manhattan Chamber Players Recital Hall, UNO Performing Arts Center Wednesday, October 21, 2026 Doors: 6 PM Pre-Concert Talk and Q&A: 6:30 PM Concert: 7 PM In a world filled with constant distractions, this year’s Crescent City Chamber Music Festival promises to provide relief and renewed inspiration with seven free public concerts, Oct. 15–26 in New Orleans that embrace the theme, “Music That Cuts Through the Noise.” Audiences are invited to experience the beauty and authenticity of live chamber music performed by celebrated artists from across the world, performing alongside members of the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra. Longtime Festival Artist Mark Dover is the Grammy-winning clarinetist of Imani Winds and frequent collaborator/soloist with bands ranging from the Detroit Symphony and Cleveland Orchestra to American funk band Vulfpeck. He takes the stage this season of CCCMF in his own self-curated concert, featuring collaborations with members of the Manhattan Chamber Players and other locally based artists – we can’t wait to see what he does!
