Join us on Wednesday, September 23 at 7:00 PM at Breakwater Park as we gather beneath the full moon to pause, reflect, and reset. We’ll begin with gentle movement to awaken the body, transition into a calming guided meditation, and conclude with an immersive sound healing experience that encourages deep relaxation and inner balance. Whether you’re looking to release stress, cultivate mindfulness, or simply spend an evening in a supportive and peaceful environment, this gathering offers space to slow down and reconnect. Please bring: • Yoga mat or blanket • Water • Any pillows, blankets, or items that help you feel comfortable No prior experience is necessary—everyone is welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, restored, and connected.
