Whether you're walking on your own or with a group, you'll become part of a growing community that believes Halloween can be imaginative, welcoming, and better for our city. Costumes are encouraged to be handmade, reused or reimagined. Throws are chosen with intention, proving that memorable traditions don't have to create unnecessary waste. Your Participant Registration Fee directly supports the production of Swampus Returns, including permits, insurance, public safety, accessibility initiatives, parade operations and other event expenses. Registration Schedule Early Registration$35 through July 31 Regular Registration$40 through September 15 Late Registration$45 through October 2 Registration closes October 2.
