Come network with like-minded women who are passionate about the health and prosperity of women and children in Southeast Louisiana. Women United, a leadership network of volunteers within United Way of Southeast Louisiana, is committed to creating meaningful change across our region. Since its founding in 2002, Women United has invested over $4.4 million in programs supporting ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) families. We’ve driven systemwide change, from advancing public policy to protect domestic violence survivors to strengthening early childhood education. Guided by United Way of Southeast Louisiana’s mission to eradicate poverty, we unite purpose-driven women who give their time, talents, and resources to build a thriving region where all can thrive.
