The Nostalgia Quartet: Four New Short Plays

Aliens, kidnapped pop stars, sad blue alligators, and a toilet paper roll’s darkest hour as part of New Orleans Fringe Festival Four brand-new short plays, one wonderfully weird night. THE NOSTALGIA QUARTET lands at Big Couch as part of the New Orleans Fringe Festival’s “bring your own venue” lineup, and it’s bringing a little bit of everything: interplanetary friendship, pop-star conspiracies, swamp-creature sorrow, and one very brave toilet paper roll. On the bill: Glorba: My Alien Pen Pal An alien comes to Earth to research humanity, and a friendship gets put to the test. Stan! (co-written with Sydni Meyers) A famous pop star is kidnapped by people hoping to uncover a conspiracy. Blue Alligator Something is making the alligators so sad that they’re turning blue. Toilet Paper Roll An evil cult ravages the village of a humble toilet paper roll. Consider it your sneak peek at The Nostalgia of Able Gabe! This production is presented as part of New Orleans Fringe Festival "bring your own venue" program. You can learn more at their website: https://www.nolafringe.org/
