LREC Mandatory Forms Updates | Buyer Brokerage Agreements/Related Developments | Technology in Real Estate | Fraud Awareness Transparency, Technology, and Trust: The 2026 Mandatory Course is a Louisiana Real Estate Commission approved continuing education class worth 4 hours of mandatory credit upon completion. Learning Objectives: LREC Mandatory Forms Updates • Identify recent changes in the Residential Agreement to Buy/Sell and explain their significance for licensee practice. • Examine updates to the Residential Property Disclosure and analyze how they affect disclosure obligations. • Apply the revised forms in transaction scenarios to ensure compliance with LREC requirements. • Evaluate potential risk of incomplete or incorrect use of the updated forms and formulate strategies to mitigate liability.
