About this event
Management discusses a Québec precious-metals strategy combining historic tailings reprocessing with district-scale exploration. The presentation covers production timelines, economic projections, and environmental remediation plans for the mining operation. Attendees will hear about funding growth through internally generated cash flow during the Q&A session.

This event is for accredited investors, family offices, fund managers, high net worth individuals, and select angels who are actively investing in public growth-stage companies. Key Highlights of the Presenting Company The company is advancing a differentiated precious-metals strategy in Québec that combines near-term gold and silver production with district-scale exploration upside. Rather than following the traditional mining model of spending years exploring, permitting and financing a new mine before generating revenue, the company is preparing to recover valuable metals from material that has already been mined and brought to surface by previous operators. The foundation of the strategy is a fully permitted historic tailings reprocessing operation designed to recover gold and silver while also producing mica as a by-product. Because the material has already been mined and is sitting at surface, the company has been able to pursue a comparatively straightforward path toward production. A 1,000-tonne-per-day processing facility has been constructed, key processing equipment is being installed and integrated, and commissioning activities are underway as the operation advances toward production. What makes the model particularly interesting is that production is intended to be the beginning of the story rather than the end of it. The company's strategy is to establish recurring cash flow from reprocessing historic tailings and then use that internally generated capital to help finance exploration of the much larger mineralized system surrounding the historic mining operation. This creates the potential to reduce dependence on repeated equity financings while continuing to pursue meaningful exploration upside. The economics of the initial operation provide an important foundation for that strategy. The company's 2025 Preliminary Economic Assessment outlined a 105% pre-tax IRR, a $44.5 million pre-tax NPV at a 5% discount rate and a payback period of less than two years, using gold and silver price assumptions of US$2,900 and US$32 per ounce, respectively. These figures remain preliminary economic estimates rather than operating results, but they illustrate why the tailings operation could become an important source of internally generated capital if successfully commissioned and operated as planned. At the same time, the exploration story has expanded considerably. Modern geophysics, historical drilling, geochemistry and structural data have been integrated into a new property-scale 3D geological model covering approximately 70 square kilometres. The company's broader land position now encompasses approximately 244 square kilometres, creating exposure to a substantially larger geological system than the historic mine footprint alone. The company has now begun testing that geological thesis through a roughly 5,000-metre diamond drilling program, while development and commissioning of the processing operation continue in parallel. This creates two distinct potential value drivers: the transition from development into precious-metals production and the possibility of establishing a materially larger gold-silver system through exploration. There is also an important environmental component to the strategy. Reprocessing historic mine waste allows the company to recover valuable metals while stabilizing and remediating legacy tailings, with additional potential to repurpose processed material for construction and other industrial applications. The objective is therefore not simply to extract additional value from an old mining district, but to combine resource recovery, environmental remediation and modern exploration within a single development model. At the dinner, management will discuss the path to first production, commissioning of the processing facility, expected economics and operating strategy, the ongoing drill program, the emerging district-scale geological model, exploration targets and the longer-term opportunity to use internally generated cash flow to fund growth. With production and exploration now advancing simultaneously, the company is approaching an important transition from a development story toward a potentially cash-generating precious-metals platform with significant exploration optionality.
