A Slow Morning: An Olive Oil Inspired Start to the Day

The “morning olive oil shot” trend is everywhere right now. Let’s explore it by savoring a Saturday morning together. We begin with an herb-inspired sensory meditation, then learn about the journey from olive to oil. In a tasting meditation, we sip oils one at a time and share what we taste. We’ll make our own shots at the oil bar, have a shared toast, then close with reflective writing and a simple morning ritual to carry home. Good oil can’t be rushed, and you shouldn’t be either. Join us for a slow, sensory start to your weekend. About Isabella Isabella Cassell is a NYC-based community builder and certified olive oil sommelier.
