AN EVENING BEYOND THE ORDINARY AFTER HOURS — WINE × ART is an intimate evening of exceptional wine, extraordinary art and conversation inside Gallery El Dorado on Central Park South. Limited to just 45 guests, the evening begins with a Champagne reception before moving into a sommelier-led exploration of five thoughtfully selected wines, accompanied by curated pairings. Surrounded by the gallery’s collection, guests are invited to taste, discover, connect and experience the space after hours. This is not a traditional wine class. It is a carefully composed New York evening built around wine, art, music and the people in the room. Champagne, art and introductions. 8:20 PM — Guided Tasting Five wines, curated pairings and an engaging sommelier-led experience. 9:25 PM — After Hours The formal tasting gives way to conversation, music and a social close through 10:00 PM. DRESS Elevated evening attire is encouraged. Polished and expressive, without a formal dress code. 21+ This experience is exclusively for guests 21 and over.
