For 20+ years, she has shaped how people are received on camera and in the room.Pilar served as Supervising Wardrobe Director for VH1 and Madison Square Garden, then Senior Talent Manager for the US Open and two Olympic Games. Her clients have included Reese Witherspoon, Ellen, Neil Patrick Harris, LL Cool J, 50 Cent, Donnie Wahlberg, Jerry O’Connell, and the Backstreet Boys, and her work spans dozens of networks and studios; Disney, Netflix, CNN, ABC, NBC Sports, MTV, FX, A&E, Discovery, DIRECTV, and Condé Nast among them.A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, she began as the founder of ME&B, a maternity brand she scaled to more than 30 retail doors and exited.Today she helps executives and private clients take deliberate control of their image.
