Art Hop

On Sunday, October 25th, After Hours is heading to Jersey City for Mana Contemporary's Fall Open Studios! THE DAYWe're spending the day inside Mana Contemporary, a former 1920s tobacco warehouse turned arts center, where more than 100 artists open their studio doors to the public. We'll explore together, meeting artists, taking in special exhibitions and enjoying live music and performances. Then we'll head to a local speakeasy to close out the afternoon with a social mixer. DRESS CODEStyle is a form of self-expression. At After Hours, our motto is "come dressed to express." For Open Studios, our inspiration is Color Theory, a nod to Warhol's bold pop art and Flavin's glowing light installations. Choose one bold color and build your look around it, or add a single vibrant piece to a neutral outfit. Go all out or come as you are. There's no wrong way to show up. Have fun with it! ABOUT AFTER HOURS For those who value connection and community rooted in Black art & culture, After Hours was created for you. This is where we dedicate the "after hours" of our lives to indulging in the experiences that feed our souls. Every event is intentionally curated and includes a fashion theme to inspire you to show up dressed to express, in whatever feels most authentic to you.
