Babywearing Dance Class (FREE, Spots limited!)

We’re teaming up with our friends at Freya Movement Studio for a special Day of Movement, starting with a joyful Baby Groove class for postpartum moms and their babies. Baby Groove is a 45-minute baby-wearing dance class that blends simple choreography with Freya’s signature strength and stamina work, all designed with the postpartum body in mind. Expect fun music, lots of laugher, a little sweat, and a chance to reconnect with your body while moving alongside other Nest moms. For babies 0–12 months. What to Bring: Your baby, a baby carrier, comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, and anything you typically pack in your baby's diaper bag. Spots are very limited, so grab yours early!
