About this event
Big Bird Pilates is a mommy + me mat pilates group inspired by a local mom, her son, and their walks through New York City. In partnership with OMA Natural Food, we’ll gather by the Alexander Hamilton monument for the official launch of Big Bird Pilates. It will be a welcoming mat Pilates session created for parents at every stage of pregnancy and parenthood! All participants will receive a gift from Oma!

While the movement will be pre/post natal friendly, please make sure your provider has cleared you for mat pilates. Come move your body, bring your little one, and meet other parents looking for the same thing: a reason to get outside, move, connect, and feel like yourself again. What to bring: Pilates or yoga mat Extra mat, towel, or blanket for your knees Water Spouses & partners are welcome and must register separately.
