We'll have time for quiet reading. After some solo reading time, we’ll break into small groups for casual conversation about our reads. It’s the perfect way to unwind, meet people, and feel good. ⭐ Our InstructorLyss Ball is a yoga teacher with eight years of experience guiding playful, intuitive, and trauma-informed vinyasa flows. Originally from Pittsburgh, her teaching journey has taken her from the beaches of Maui and Mexico back to New York City, where she shares yoga as a grounded practice of connection, curiosity, and coming home to yourself.
