Country platforms are emerging as a promising architecture for connecting national climate priorities with the financing needed to implement NDCs. This session will explore how blended finance can help country platforms move from coordination to actual capital mobilization, with a particular focus on climate action and adaptation in Latin America. The discussion will bring together government representatives, development finance institutions, investors and international partners to share concrete experiences and explore how concessional and private capital can be effectively integrated through country-led approaches.
