New York’s building sector is moving from early all-electric case studies toward broader market adoption, driven in part by Local Law 154’s building electrification requirements and Local Law 97’s carbon limits. This Climate Week event will bring together panelists from Alloy Development, Perkins Eastman, NYSERDA, NY Green Bank, and Rewiring America to discuss what it takes to make all-electric buildings scalable, financeable, and repeatable in New York.
