John Joseph grew up on the mean streets of New York City during one of its most unforgettable eras. He was there for the Summer of PUNK in 1977 and went on to become the lead singer of the legendary Cro-Mags in the early 80s, remaining one of the defining voices of Hardcore for decades. In this intimate evening, John shares the people, the places, the music, and the unforgettable moments that made New York City what it was. More than a collection of stories, Made in New York is a heartfelt love letter to the grit, resilience, creativity, and spirit of a city that changed music, culture, and countless lives forever.
