About Your Host Kelly Ifill is the CEO and Founder of Guava, a VC-backed private network built for Black and Brown founders. Over the past six years, she's brought together hundreds of founders across the country creating rooms where honest conversations lead to real decisions and lasting relationships. She also teaches entrepreneurship at Columbia Business School.
