Our discussion will focus on practical systems-change levers that can also advance your business goals, including how to operationalise your spheres of influence by transforming your products and services, climate finance portfolios, and policy and public engagement strategies. Objectives: Create a trusted space for companies to collectively explore the decisions, challenges, and business value associated with system-level climate action. Introduce and contextualise the three Spheres of Influence as examples of system-change levers and demonstrate how they can deliver business value. Provide tangible, real-world examples from companies already taking system-level climate action. Foster open dialogue for companies and select external experts to reflect on how participating organizations can further their business strategies through systemic climate action.
