RESTORATIVE WELLNESS PLAYGROUND with Kelvin

Our monthly RWP community gathering is back and open to all. Let’s come together for a light, joy-centered evening of movement, connection, reflection, and restoration. This month’s theme is Using Holistic Joy Practices as Healing to Manage Stress. Together, we’ll explore how joy, movement, play, and restorative practices can support us in releasing stress, reconnecting with ourselves, and creating a greater sense of balance and well-being. The session will include gentle movement, playful activities, moments of reflection, and restorative practices, all in a welcoming, community-centered space. Together, we’ll move, laugh, breathe, play, reflect, and connect while exploring wellness as something we can experience and practice in our everyday lives. No experience necessary.
