Bi-Monthly Community Sound Bath Join us for a bi-monthly community sound bath led by Isabel Varela. Using crystal singing bowls and a variety of healing instruments, this 60-minute immersive experience helps release stress, ease anxiety, and support emotional and physical wellbeing—created specifically with our community in mind, including the social workers and holistic practitioners who give so much of themselves to others. In this restorative session, you will: ✨ Regulate your nervous system ✨ Meditate with a live sound bath ✨ Lower your cortisol No experience necessary. All levels welcome. Come as you are and leave lighter.
