Sam's Book Club — NY Stop

A conversation about books, progress, and why we still bother reading. When I started this book club in June, the mission was simple: read books worth reading, and see if others wanted to read them too. Those books have come from the Stripe Press catalogue — so far, Maintenance: Of Everything (upkeep is invisible until it's neglected), Get Together (communities are built and sustained, not just started), BOOM: Bubbles and the End of Stagnation (stagnation is motion that stopped compounding), and currently, Poor Charlie's Almanack. The NYC meetups have, by far, been the best part of the whole project — you simply cannot replace in-person connection. So let's keep it going!
