Discussion Round 1: State of Play Discussion Round 2: Breaking Barriers Discussion Round 3: Unlocking Scale Closing Discussion Questions Round 1 - State of Play: What specific short-term and long-term actions and capital expenditures across operations, supply chains, and distribution networks are your organization taking to manage climate risks, and how are these actions treated internally: as deliberate climate adaptation or as business-as-usual resilience initiatives? Round 2 - Breaking Barriers: What barriers are preventing your organization from doing more to address climate risk, in both the short and long term? To what extent are these barriers driven by a lack of demand, access to financing at the desired costs, or other factors? Round 3 - Unlocking Scale: Which levers or solutions (e.g., policy, consistent standards, etc.) would help your organization overcome barriers in doing more to address climate risk and move toward deploying more climate adaptation?
