Sci-Fi Book Launch: Priya Nembhard

Join us Sat. October 24th at 7pm to celebrate the release of Between Beasts and the Stars with Priya Nembhard! Priya will be in conversation with Patrick Hester, followed by an audience Q&A and book signing. ABOUT: Priya Nembhard is a producer, author, business owner and co-host of the Books & Martinis Podcast, where she highlights diverse stories and the authors behind them. She's done everything from founding a environmental education charity, helping nursing moms, hosting podcasts and radio shows, appearing on TV to applying for the NASA astronaut program in 2011. Priya is a graduate of Syracuse University and lives in NYC with her husband and three children. Her debut novel, Between Beasts and the Stars releases October 13th. Patrick Hester is a New York–based entertainment producer with 15 years of experience creating celebrity, lifestyle, and pop-culture content for daytime television. Throughout his career, he’s worked across a wide range of live productions, interviewing and collaborating with an array of storytellers. A lifelong storyteller and writer himself, Patrick is passionate about conversations that explore culture, creativity, identity, and the experiences that shape us.
