Welcome to YWCA Union County's Shades of Strength! This year’s event will celebrate an important new chapter in our organization as we expand our mission to provide services and advocacy for survivors of sexual assault, strengthening our commitment to supporting individuals impacted by violence throughout our community. To thank many of the key supporters of our community, we will recognize the following honorees at the event: • Caroline Lawlor, Janice C. Lilien Award • Commissioner Lourdes Leon, Leadership Award • Catherine Vulcano, Strength Award • Healing Space (YWCA Northern NJ), Service Award • Union County Savings Bank, Community Impact Award • NJ CASA, Advocacy Award Our annual gala will take place on Thursday, October 22, at the Shackamaxon Country Club in Scotch Plains, NJ. Please join us for this exciting event and help us acknowledge these dynamic, dedicated leaders who have made our success possible.
