Join the Pioneer Works Supper Club for a meal featuring the incredible Pierce Abernathy. Pioneer Works Supper Club is a series of unique dining experiences that builds community around food and celebrates local chefs as culinary artists. This edition of Supper Club features cook and content creator Pierce Abernathy for a seafood-based dinner. Abernathy has built a devoted online following by sharing his perspective on food, from developing recipes in his own kitchen to highlighting favorite neighborhood restaurants and everyday dining experiences. Originally from Louisville, Abernathy has since established himself in New York's culinary and fashion scenes, even appearing on the Gucci runway. Through his Substack, Don't Skip the Dip!, and a range of community-focused projects, Abernathy aims to make food more welcoming, joyful, and accessible for everyone. His first cookbook, Every Leaf, Every Stem, is set to release on August 18, 2026. Supper Club tickets are available to Pioneer Works Members at the $250 level and above. About the Chef Pierce Abernathy is a cook, recipe developer, content creator, and slow-food advocate based in New York. An auteur of the food content revolution, his work, rooted in seasonality and whole-ingredient cooking, reflects a deep respect for ecological systems and culinary heritage. Largely self-taught, Abernathy’s path in the kitchen has been shaped by curiosity, a reverence for the rhythms of the seasons, and his Armenian heritage. Through his recipes and writing, he encourages readers to play an active role in their food systems—inviting them to think more critically about their connection to the environment, their communities, and themselves.
