Wayne Tucker is a New York-based trumpeter, vocalist, composer, and bandleader whose work blends jazz, soul, gospel, funk, R including When I Was a Child, Wake Up and See the Sun, and Encouragement combine groove-driven songwriting, improvisation, and deeply personal storytelling. I think my music is 100% vulnerable, Tucker says.
