Who Gets to Shape the Future?

During Climate Week NYC, in partnership with Swissnex, the Manifesto continues through an immersive installation and a series of interactive conversations exploring leadership, humanity and intelligence, regeneration, and our shared responsibility for the future. Visitors are invited not simply to observe, but to contribute – sharing questions, reflections and commitments that will become part of a growing archive of perspectives. These contributions will travel from New York to The Rosenberg House Davos 2027, where students will bring them into dialogue with decision-makers during the World Economic Forum and use them to inform the next chapter of the Youth Manifesto. Moving from conversation to contribution and action, the initiative asks a simple question: What will your generation add? As world leaders gather in Midtown Manhattan, Swissnex assembles Swiss and global voices – from private sector innovators and researchers to artists and policymakers – in the East Village for three days of communal climate thinking and action. Assembly speaks to deliberation and democracy – the idea that communities must collectively define their futures – as well as the ongoing, creative, improvisational process of constructing those futures from the pieces of our present.
