Mokshaa Mindful Yoga is a feel-good evening designed to help you move, breathe, and reset in a way that leaves you lighter than when you arrived. Community Room, 5th Floor, Portofino building, 1 2nd Street Jersey City Bring your yoga mat, a towel (to use as a prop) and any yoga blocks you may have. Let me know if you don’t have a yoga mat and I can bring you one. Help us spread Dharma by giving whatever feels right. Suggested $20.
