Gay Wine Club

A social event series for queer people-and our allies-that want to drink great wine, and learn about it in a fun and approachable way. Just in time for the holiday season, Gay Wine Club is back! GWC is a social event series for queer people-and our allies-that want to drink really good wine, and learn about it in a fun and approachable way. What are the deets? ON Tuesday, Nov 10th at a loft space in downtown Brooklyn (@BALMstudios), we'll taste through 4 incredible wines and share light bites (aka pizza.) You'll have an opportunity to ask all of your wine questions, listen to great music, and make new friends! Who is it for? Queer people that want to hang with other queer people, learn about wine, and drink some of the best bottles available in the city. When? This is the beginning of a recurring series. Kicking off on Tuesday, Nov 10th! Where? In downtown Brooklyn! 325 Gold St, #704. Do I need to know anything about wine? No! Just come ready to taste, ready to ask questions, and ready to have a good time. But wait...who's hosting? NYC based sommelier, Eric Fleming (@eflems, @thegaywineclub.) Eric was named "Rising Star" in the food and wine industry by trade publication Seven-Fifty, and has been at the helm of award-winning NYC wine programs and organizations. Eric loves to make wine tastings fun and approachable, blending casual with useful and informative. His goal is to make sure you leave his events feeling entertained, more connected, and equipped with practical tools to navigate wine conversations. Read about his offerings HERE.
