The Sacred Sit is a guided somatic experience led by Shamanic Practitioner, trauma-conscious yoga teacher and Scent Priestess, Lauren LeBeaux. Through nervous system regulation, breathwork, intuitive movement, meditation, and guided energy healing, we gather to drop into our bodies, slow down, share, release, and return to ourselves. No prior experience necessary. This is not about perfection or performance. It’s a healing journey back to yourself. Held every First Sunday in an intimate home/backyard setting, The Sacred Sit offers space to exhale, reconnect, and be supported in community. ✨ Limited seating 🌙 Please bring a yoga mat, journal, pillow/blanket and anything that helps you feel comfortable and grounded.
