EmpowHER Orange County: The Women Beyond the Book

Exploring the Stories, Patterns, Nervous System Responses, and Cultural Influences That Shape How We Live and Lead The way you lead your life has been shaped by everything you’ve experienced and learned along the way. The experiences you’ve had, the meaning you’ve made from them, the patterns you’ve developed, the way your nervous system learned to respond, and the culture that shaped you all influence how you make decisions, communicate, navigate relationships, respond under pressure, and show up in the world. EmpowHER Orange County: The Women Beyond the Book brings together three of the women behind the newly released book EmpowHER for an intimate, interactive experience that takes the conversation beyond their stories and invites you into your own. This is an interactive book launch experience where the stories come to life through reflection, conversation, practical tools, and connection. Throughout the experience, Ashley Levin, Mini Rattu, and Elee Joven will bring three distinct perspectives together to explore how our personal stories, internal responses, and cultural influences shape who we become and how we lead. You’ll be invited to reflect, participate, connect, and apply what you’re learning to your own life. Attendees will also receive a signed copy of EmpowHER. What You’ll Experience The Stories That Shape You Ashley will guide you through an exploration of how experiences become meaning, meaning becomes belief, and those beliefs influence the choices we make, the relationships we create, and the way we see ourselves. You’ll identify one story or belief that is shaping how you show up today and explore what becomes possible as you intentionally choose what you want to carry forward. Your Nervous System in Real Life Mini will bring the body into the conversation, helping you understand how your nervous system influences the way you respond to stress, uncertainty, pressure, and change. You’ll experience a practical regulation tool you can use beyond the event. The Culture You Carry Elee will explore how culture influences the way we communicate, connect, interpret one another, make decisions, and lead. You’ll examine some of the cultural influences you carry and gain greater awareness of how they shape the way you move through relationships, workplaces, and communities. This Experience Is For You If… You are curious about what has shaped the person you are today and how those influences continue to affect the way you live, relate, decide, communicate, and lead. You may be entering a new chapter, growing personally or professionally, exploring new possibilities, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply. Leadership belongs to all of us. We believe leadership begins with how you lead yourself: how you make choices, use your voice, navigate relationships, respond to challenges, and decide who you want to be moving forward. This experience is for people who value personal growth, meaningful conversation, greater self-awareness, and genuine connection with others. There will be time to meet and connect with other attendees, enjoy light refreshments, participate in conversation, meet the authors, and celebrate the release of EmpowHER. You’ll also have an opportunity to have your book signed and connect personally with Ashley, Mini, and Elee.
