Join us for an intimate evening of breath, energy, and deep realignment. We’ll begin with an intention-setting ceremony, move into a powerful guided breathwork experience, and close with immersive sound healing and individual energy healing using tuning forks, essential oils, and sage. A space to release what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with yourself, and come back into alignment with your own energy. Breathe. Release. Realign. Come as you are. Leave more connected to you.
