Join us for the Wellness Wave, an event to support teen mental health! Come move, have fun, leave with the best gift bags and new friends! Join us for our first Wellness Wave event on October 4th at Lido Shores- a morning of movement, connection, community, and giving back. Arrive to matcha from Coffee Dose, enjoy a mat Pilates class, hear from inspiring guest speakers, and gather for lunch by Bear Flag. Every guest will also leave with a tote filled with incredible gifts from REVOLVE, Free People, Elwood Clothing, Gimme Beauty, Voluspa and so many more. Best of all, 100% of your ticket goes toward supporting local teen mental health. Event starts at 10am, come in workout clothes and we provide the rest! 💛
