One Day @ J&J – San Luis Obispo

One Day @ J&J – San Luis Obispo 2026 Join Jenike & Johanson for a full-day, interactive seminar focused on improving bulk solids handling reliability, efficiency, and safety. Designed for engineers, operators, and technical professionals involved in storing, handling, processing, or conveying powders and bulk solids, this practical training combines real-world examples, laboratory demonstrations, and direct discussion with Jenike & Johanson engineers. Attendees will gain practical knowledge they can apply to bulk solids handling challenges at their own facilities. After the course, you’ll be able to: • Apply proven techniques to improve production efficiency • Diagnose, alleviate, and prevent common bulk solids handling problems • Better understand material flow behavior and feeder performance • Identify practical solutions for segregation and flow issues Topics Include: • Material flow patterns and common flow problems • Flow property testing • Critical feeder design considerations • Segregation mechanisms and solutions And more! Attendees will also participate in a laboratory tour featuring live demonstrations and testing equipment used in real engineering applications. The event includes: • Catered lunch • Networking opportunities • After-class happy hour Attendance is limited to keep the experience interactive and provide attendees with direct access to our engineers.
